Kōtare boutique accommodation is situated in the heart of Valley Farms in tranquil Pukekohe. The house, a stunning industrial barn, is perched atop a hill overlooking sprawling farmland and a truly incredible garden.

The sunny master bedroom is true luxury; with a king bed, private ensuite, large sliding doors opening onto a private deck, dining table for two, and an uninterrupted view of the valley with its gorgeous sunrises.

Kōtare was honoured to be a part of the Hospice Garden Ramble in 2018, much loved by attendees and organisers.

Our garden flows down the hill towards our duck pond and wetland, filled with native plants and beautiful flowers that attract all manners of fauna, including our namesake: the Kotare (kingfisher).
